Prices are per bungalow/night.

Reservation Policy

Bookings can only be made by/for couples over 21 years old.

Minimum booking 3 nights.

Proof of age is required at check-in, any uncovered person under the age of 21 will have to leave the premises immediately. As the resort is for couples only, the companion will also be asked to leave the resort. There will be no refund in these circumstances.

A 25% deposit will be requested at the time of booking and final payment must be made upon arrival.

Accommodation will be provided to those who hold the reservation. In case of need for changes, please consult the reservation modification policy.

Modification Policy

Changes to bookings made 8 to 45 days prior to arrival are subject to an administration fee of €50 for each change.

All changes you make must be equal to the number of nights in the reservation. In case of a reduction in the number of nights in your reservation, you will have to pay 50% of the canceled days

Only the reservation holder can make changes to the reservation or cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

A reservation can only be cancelled by the holder of the reservation and cancellation is required in writing.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

If you cancel more than 45 days before arrival and your booking is paid through the website, there will be no cancellation fee, if payment is made by bank transfer, the cancellation fee will be the first night.

If you cancel or modify between 45 days and 8 days before arrival, the refund will not be granted, however at the same time of cancellation you have the right to make a new reservation with fixed dates without modification options equivalent to the same monetary value in the following period of 10 months according to availability on the website, paying the reservation modification fees.

If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show on the day of your scheduled arrival at the hotel, no refund is given and the right to change the dates of your stay does not apply.
